Semi Detached EWI Project
This Dublin semi-detached house was losing heat fast.
We installed high-performance external insulation, finished with crisp black and white dashing for a modern, textured look that’s easy to keep. Blue brick slips were used around the entrance and key areas for strong impact, while new navy blue window sills tied the look together and added extra style.
Now, the house holds its heat better . The property stands out with its sharp colour contrast and polished details, and the new insulation has made cold spots a thing of the past. This project proves you can have a warm, energy-efficient home without sacrificing style or curb appeal.
